I was told by this person that because everyone else is getting into accidents I have to pay more. State farm was supposed to reward me for being a safe driver and NEVER being in an accident. But my bill has only continued to increase because he doesn't want to do his job... You will get raped for every penny so he can live rich. Go somewhere else
